A structured onboarding session captures your audience, brand voice, services, offers and what makes you different. We collect access to your accounts securely, or create them properly if they don't exist yet.
3 · Strategy & calendar
You receive your documented content strategy and first monthly calendar for approval. Nothing is published until you've seen the plan and the voice we'll use.
4 · Build
Your static website is designed, written and built with your tier's SEO applied from day one. Profiles are polished, tracking is set up, and (from Momentum) your Google Business Profile is optimised.
5 · Create, publish, manage
Content is produced in batches, scheduled consistently, and your comments and DMs are answered at your tier's response speed. Campaigns and ads run where your package includes them.
6 · Report & optimise
Every month you get a plain-English report — reach, engagement, growth, and what we're changing next. Strategy check-ins run at your tier's cadence, from monthly calls to a weekly account manager.

Working together
Communication, tools and approvals
You'll always know what's planned and what's live. Content calendars are shared in advance, and you choose your approval style — approve the monthly calendar up front and let us run, or review each batch before it's scheduled. Time-sensitive posts can be turned around on request.
Reporting is written for owners, not marketers: what happened, why it matters, what changes next. Support runs from email on Starter through to priority phone and WhatsApp on Elite, and account access always stays in your name — your accounts, your website content, your audience, yours. If we ever think you're on the wrong package — too big or too small — we'll say so. A client on the right plan stays longer than one who was upsold.

Common questions about working with us
Once you've chosen a package, onboarding is typically booked within the week, and your first content cycle follows approval of the strategy and calendar. The website build runs in parallel during month one.
No — not after onboarding. Most clients check in when calendars and approvals land, not daily. We handle posting, community management and reporting. You stay in the loop through your calendar, monthly reports and check-ins at your tier's cadence.
Small tweaks to upcoming posts or the calendar are normal — tell us what's shifted and we'll adjust what's not yet scheduled. Bigger strategy changes usually wait for the next planning cycle so execution stays consistent rather than reactive.
After the 3-month minimum you're month-to-month — continue, change tier or step away. Your social accounts, website content and audience stay yours. We hand over access and any assets we've created. No exit fees, no lock-in beyond what you've already agreed.
